FAQDoes the restaurant accept credit cards?Yes! The restaurant excepts most credits except American Express. As a rule, there is a minimum base of 60pln for credit card payments. Is smoking allowed in the restaurant? Yes. We have a large smoking section as well as a smaller non-smoking section. Pipe smoking is not excluded. Does the restaurant issue Faktura (VAT) invoices? Yes! The restaurant will issue Vat invoice on request. What is required is the details like company’s name, address and Nip number. We are computerized and once the details are given in remains in the systems. For subsequent invoice, only the company name is required. Is the restaurant accessible for handicap? We are located on the ground floor which has a street entrance. It is accessible for those confined to the wheelchair and handicaped. Are animal allowed in the restaurant; can I bring my dog? Sorry, because of health regulation, animals of all sorts are not allowed in the restaurant. The exception to this rule is the summer garden at the Asian Village Restaurant. Can I bring my own Alcohol? Sorry, as we serve all kinds of liquor, wine and beers, customers are not allowed to bring their own alcohol to the restaurant. Does the restaurant allow children? Yes! The Tandoor Palace is child friendly and welcomes children accompanied by their adult minders. We have baby chairs available. We can also some child meals like freedom fries and chicken nuggets. How do I order take-away food? Go to Take away section. Join our regulars and get our Preferred Customer Card. And take advantage of the privileges. Are all the meals in the restaurant spicy? No not all. We have meals that are mild or what we call “zero” spicy. These are marked with a smilling face. This are the Korma dishes. The other dishes can be made milder than normally served if told to the staff taking the order. For a newcomer to Indian Cuisine, what should I order? The staff can help you with this but if you like to try on your own, here are some hints. Break your meal in two parts: starters and mains Choose the starter, which is to your liking. The favorite among the customers is the Onion Bhagi and Chicken Pakora. The Samosas and chicken toni are also safe bets. For the mains. The Chicken Tikka Butter Masala is the hands down winner. What are the restaurant working hours? We are open every day of the week. We operate from 12 noon to the last customer. As a guideline, the kitchen would stop serving at 10:30pm. The bar operates until closing. The restaurant is close only on two day of the year. These are 24th December and 25th December. |
